Yet, Esme seems genuinely happy to see him. He just didn’t survive multiple gunshot wounds and a rickety New Jersey bridge. Even a half-dead Julian Jerome (William deVry) survived it. Ava Jerome (Maura West) even survived it the night she married Nikolas. Never mind that everyone survives that fall, Nikolas. Needless to say, Nikolas is stunned to see Esme back in his home and wonders where she has been and how she survived that fall. General Hosptial Updates – Nikolas Is At A Loss She thinks Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) might be her biggest problem and she is ready to handle him but it’s Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) who finds her instead and she knows she can handle dumb Nikolas any time she wants. Of course, Esme is well aware she may be caught and is prepared for that. She is also sure returning to the scene of the crime won’t hurt her so she heads back to Spoon Island and Wyndemere hoping to get into the safe there and see what she can find regarding her disappearance and alleged death.
